Bi-monthly Theme: Good Citizens: Creating Enlightened Society
With raging wars and social unrests on today’s globe, we have pressing need for more mutual understanding and a universal ethics to foster world peace. Drawing from the Buddha’s Four Noble Truths and the Eight Fold Path, Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh offered us a non-sectarian approach to transcend partisan conflicts and preserve our precious planet.
In the coming four Friday Nights, we will be practicing together and reading Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh’s latest book ‘Good Citizens: Creating Enlightened Society’. Please join us and practice applying Buddhist teaching in our citizenship.
