Monday Night Practice Group in Flower Market is now open. During this session, we will focus on meditation and explore different teachings from Plum Village to help you achieve your goals. Whether you’re new to meditation or have been practicing for years, this group is open to everyone interested in exploring mindfulness and self-improvement.
