Friday Night Practice @ Central is a bi-weekly mindfulness practice with Plum Village tradition. Friday Night Practice is a “lite” mindful practice in town, allowing you to practice and nourish your mindfulness with the community after a busy week. Since the epidemic, we practice together through internet. Friday Night Practice is held on the 1st (in English) and the 3rd (in Cantonese) Friday of each month. Time : 1900-2100 Registration window will be opened on Monday of the event from 2200, till Thursday 2200. A confirmation email will be sent to you after registration closed. Thanks to the Buddhist Door, we have a chance to share Plum Village Practices in their online broadcast program “Channel B” … “Encounter with Plum Village: Happiness is Here and Now”. Plum Village Hong Kong sangha members will share their experiences in practice, allowing the audiences to in touch and nourish with Plum Village practices. Difference themes will be introduced, including the Wake Up Group (the young practitioners group), the Order of Interbeing Group (those who took the 14 Mindfulness Trainings, same as the Bodhisattva Vow), the 5 Mindfulness Trainings, etc. to let friends understanding Plum Village practices in different angles.
