Monday Night Practice Group in Flower Market is now open. This is a great opportunity for you to join a group of like-minded individuals who are committed to deepening their practice and exploring new ways to improve their lives. During this session, we will focus on meditation and explore different teachings from Plum Village to help you achieve your goals. Whether you’re new to meditation or have been practicing for years, this group is open to everyone interested in exploring mindfulness and self-improvement.
